Drew boxes around previous levitation periods.  Those looked to last about a month and then weakened a bit in the second month.  We are a little over a month into this one.

 All time highs for the index.  TSV and RSI both nosebleeds.
 Same chart, just a different view.  This one the TSV shows the level a bit better.
 Still haven't made it back to the new high / new low ratios from 2009 or early 2010. 
Despite this skyrocketing Friday, you can see it is still substantially lower than the previous two peak.  What is going on here?

    It sure feels like there has been a euphoric rush into equities since mid/late December. The worst performers from last year have become the best performers this year. Any idea as to why this 180 degree shift in investor sentiment has occurred? Is the global economy really on the mend? Thanks!
